Ele Monarch Stresses Need To Invest In God

Amanyanabo of Ele Kingdom, His Royal Highness, King Felix Tamunoseipiriala Okuru, Apina VII, has told Christians to invest in the house of God.

King Okuru made the call as Royal Father of the Day during the Harvest Thanksgiving of Logos Ministries Inc., Ogu Chuku sandfield, in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area.

He said that when Christians praise God and reverence him as Lord and Personal Saviour, he would honour them.

According to the monarch it is good to serve God and promised a donation of N200,000.00 to assist the church building, he commended the Pastor of the church, Pastor Godwill Dere Fiabema for building an edifice for people to worship God, and assured of his assistance at all times.

Earlier in his sermon, the Guest Preacher, Bishop Tubman Fiabema who is the Presiding Bishop and General Overseer of El-Shaddi Ministries International admonished Christians to honour God as he would also honour them.

The man of God further said for God to bless his children, they must honour him with good substances as God’s blessing brings peace, rich and added no sorrow.

The Amanyanabo of Ele Kingdom, King Felix Tamunoseipiriala Okuru, Apina VII, also paid a condolence visit to the wife of late Chief Jonah Tamuno of Furubowarifamama War Canoe House, Mrs. Belema Jonah Tamuno at their country home at Tende Ama, Ogu.

Speaking during the visit, King Okuru described her late husband as a lively person, a dependable ally, a man of the people, and an astute politician whose antecedents would not be easily forgotten.

The Amanyanabo of Ele Kingdom prayed God to repose his souls and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Responding on behalf of the family, Nicholas Omieibi thanked the Royal father for condoling with the family at this moment of grief and prayed that God will give the family grace to bear the loss.
