Yuletide: Motorists Cautioned On Safety Measures
As the Yuletide season draws near, motorists have been advised to exercise caution while on the road.
The Team Leader/Managing Director of ACE Driving School, Mr. Nduka Ejoh made the appeal in a chat with our correspondent in Port Harcourt
Ejoh enjoined them to obey traffic rules and regulations especially during this harmattan season, pointing out that they should limit their speed because of poor visibility and ensure they put on their head-lights on low beam for the safety of other drivers.
He further cautioned motorists especially commercial drivers to note that their passengers or commuters are alive to enjoy or celebrate the Christmas and new year festivals with their loved ones at home.
The Team Manager of the Government approved driving school warned that children’s should not be allowed to sit on the front seat but at the back and properly belted using the children restraint system, cautioning drivers and commuters to avoid late night driving for safety of lives and property.
Meanwhile, the Team Manager of ACE Center Driving School, Mr. Tamunokuro Fuayefika Loveday has disclosed that as they celebrate the 20th anniversary of the training school, they would improve on their services to customers next year.
