Apara Monarch Tell Youths To Emulate Wike’s Qualities
As Governor Wike celebrates his 52 birthday, Nye-we-eli of Apara Kingdom, HRM, Eze Chike Amadi Worlu Wodo (JP) has advised Rivers youth to emulate the governor’s leadership qualities, saying Wike has given good account of himself by the numerous achievements he has recorded in the state.
Eze Wodo made the admonition at the sidelines of the reception organized by Ogbakor Ikwerre for Governor Wike last week Saturday.
His Majesty who decorated the Governor with the title of Dike Oha1 of Ikwerre Nation on behalf of Ikwerre recognized traditional rulers said Wike has achieved greatness as a youth, stressing that he rose from local government chairman to chief of staff, to minister of Education and has crowned it all by becoming a two-time governor of Rivers State.
“Can you tell me any other youth that has reached these heights of achievement in Nigeria”, Eze Wodo asked.
He urged Rivers youth to follow the footsteps of the governor inorder to become useful to themselves and the society.
“Governor Wike as an Apara son has made us proud. He has established a reputation for quality leadership that will be difficult to be beaten in the state. Apra people are very proud of the lion and his achievements” the Eze said.
Eze Wodo said any person aspiring to be governor of Rivers state in the future should take a cue from Governor Wike if he hopes to be successful and urged the governor to continue with his good works for the state. He also wished him a joyous birthday celebration.
