Church Commissions Specialist Hospital In Aluu

A religious organization, Omega Power Ministry (OPM) has commissioned a   Specialist Hospital in Aluu community, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State.

The new free hospital, which called OPM Free Specialist Hospital is expected to render 24 hours services to Nigerians irrespective of their tribes and religions.

Speaking at the commissioning, the General Overseer of the ministry, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere stated that the healthcare facility would offer the best services so far in the world to whoever enters into the hospital seeking for medical treatment free of charge.

Chinyere emphasised that the healthcare hospital would also offer free quality healthcare to pregnant women, who out of lack of money could not go to register for their antenatal that ensures their safe and healthy baby’s deliveries in the country.

He stressed that there was no need for those pregnant women, who don’t have money to entertain any fear, as OPM Free Specialist has come to wipe away their fears and to give them hope, stressing that the hospital have the best facility in the world.

He said, “The hospital which we are going to visit right now, all the rooms are suites that is to say that they have their own toilets, bathrooms, Bibles, fully air conditioned, with fridges and television for their comfort and relaxation. Now can you imagine, a woman will be pregnant from one month to nine months and she has not register at the hospital because of lack of money, but right now they will come and register free of charge and not only that they will be given starter packs, which contains new born wears for them to use on their babies after deliveries.”

He noted that with the prayers made at the commissioning, coupled with the clean environment and the-State-of-the-Art facility put in place at the hospital, there was hope that whoever is sick and gets in there would be made whole as quickly as possible.

Chief Medical Director of the OPM Free Specialist Hospital, Dr E. W Ogboma stated that the hospital is a state-of-art medical facility set up to offer it’s services free of charge for the less privileged and down-trodden in the society.

According to her, “this hospital was born out of the burden our daddy saw on the high rate of maternal mortality and mobility during child birth in Nigeria, especially the less privileged members of the society, many of who have no antenatal care during pregnancy or they registered very late and the end result they suffer is lots of complications.

“These complications lead to the death of some women in the delivery room or after delivery and in some other cases their babies die as a result of things that could have been prevented.
